The design brief was set to deliver a small lot housing project with a 12 metre frontage with the Garage located at the rear.
Expanded polystyrene external walls, solar hot water and a Photovoltaic grid that reduces the homes
needs for external energy sources down to zero were essetential elements
Adding to this; the use of Cbus complete home automation, zero VOC paints and cabinetry solid tops along
with sound sediment control and waste minimisation best practice ensured that this high profile
project truely sets an example for efficient living with environmental accountability
